Our class was tasked with creating a book to outline the sustainable practices for a company of our choice. I’ve always been a passionate beer drinker so I chose one of my favorite breweries, New Belgium Brewing. They have been brewing beer for over 20 years and prides themselves on their sustainability initiatives, company culture and core values. (2017)
